Our team
Natalia Kulikova
Founder
In 2004 she graduated from Moscow State Linguistic University. In 2008, she received her MBA in Fashion Management. In 2002 her career started as radio host of the program dedicated to Style and Fashion at Russia’s one of the most famous radios - Silver Rain. In 2003 she became Editor-in-Chief of Wedding Magazine. During 7 years at this exciting position she traveled around the world meeting leaders of world wedding industry and brought trends to Russia. She wrote a handbook for the brides called “Ideal wedding or how to organize the celebration of your dream” and hosted a high rated TV Show “Wedding dress”. She interviewed the legends such as Oscar de la Renta and Vera Wang, became friends with the celebrity designers Romona Keveza and Reem Acra, met famous Breston Bailey in New York, Karen Tran on Como lake, Marta Stewart’s parties in New York.
In 2014 she founded Wedding Academy, first in Russia state sertified educational platform for wedding planners, designers and vendors, as well as high standard destination weddings agency. Her passion for journalism and weddings brought her to JM Justmarried online wedding journal, where brides founds their inspiration. As an expert of wedding fashion Natalia is an honorable guest at world’s famous Bridal Fashion Weeks in Barcelona and New York.
Since 2016 Natalia is based in Turin,
Natalia speaks Russian, English , German and Italian.
Dina Nurgaleeva
Co-Founder
In 2010, she graduated from the State University of Management. In 2013, she received her PhD in Economics.
In 2014 she joined Natalia Kulikova to build Wedding Academy, an educational platform for wedding professionals worldwide and destination weddings agency.
In 2016, she founded Magnetophone Music Agency, which handles artist management and booking, as well as concert production for public, private and corporate events, several international music festivals and conferences. In 2017 she became Program Director of Jazz Across Borders Forum & Festival. In 2018 she had an honor to become Program Director of the biggest official celebration of International Jazz Day in St. Petersburg with the team of Herbie Hancock Institute of Jazz.
Since 2019 Dina is based in Bergamo, enjoying Italian dolce vita with her multinational Israeli-Tatar family.
Her biggest passions are jazz, trekking and yoga.
Dina speaks Russian, English and Italian.
